Editing my review with my last few experiences at Mr. Quick. I went in last night with 20 min still to go before close. There was no one in drive thru or inside. I sat in my vehicle for a good few min before anyone even came across the speaker. I ordered a bargain bundle. When I got to the window the workers were less than enthused, to say the least. When I received the order, I thanked the girl and her reply was a cold stare and next to shoving the food into my hand and then turning and walking away. I realize I was close to closing time, but there was still plenty of time to make a bargain bundle before doors close. The burgers were extremely dry and the fries were floppy and still soaked with oil, then to top it off they were so salty I could hardly eat them. I used to love Mr Quick, and frequently went. However, the staff there are horrible anymore, and I won't be going anymore.Mr. Quick is always a good burger joint. Sometimes it takes a while to get through the line, but this is because they do a bit of items to order. So, it largely depends on what you get or what the other patrons get in front of you.

Waited 20 min for a fish sandwich only to get home and find a burger in the bag. Food quality and quantity has gone down the tubes in the last couple years. Staff was sitting on the floor when I arrived and never washed their hands. Staff must have forgot I was waiting as she leaned against the counter complaining about the drive thru line and having to work. Sorry won't be back to this location again. A one time favorite becomes the victim of poor employees and management.

Just went to the Mr Quick in North Muskegon after having not been there for awhile because I thought the quality of food had gone down. Now I can report it can no longer be described as a fast food location because it was anything but. I was happy when pulling in that I was right behind the car currently ordering. 15+ minutes later I was finally leaving with my food. Now I know why they weren't very busy, who has time on their lunch hour to spend it all waiting in a line. Its sad what it has become.

Their on-line ordering was down so we did drive-thru. It took a while to get our order but the wait was worth it. Fish was great!

I waited at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I was going to order. I even called out hello, still no one heard or seen me on their screens from inside. So I pull up to the front window and a younger girl opens and says , "Oh what can I do for you love?" She shouldn't have been too busy because the place looked like I was 1 of 2 people that were there. The other person was sitting down eating their food already. But got my 2 burgers for my friend and I fairly quickly and as usual they were amazing. I just wish they could be a tiny bit bigger to have more satisfaction to my appetite.

This past Sunday, I waited 37 minutes from the drive-thru speaker until exiting the parking lot. This location has never been quick, but the time and food quality has gotten even worse. Yes, I did email through the website and heard nothing back. I ordered food for a friend recovering from surgery and her husband, or I wouldn’t have waited 4-6 cars left the line while I was there. By the time I got my food, the shake was completely melted and the bundle with just ketchup had the works on it. Never again, I’ve learned my lesson - the doors might as well be closed for good.

We used to frequent Mr. Quick, grew up with it. Unfortunately the wait times are awful now, if there are no cars in line ot will be a 15-20 minute wait, if there are any cars in line, I don't bother stopping any more.The food quality generally seems to be fine most of the time. A really pervasive issue has been the order accuracy. Even got a mushroom burger once where they didn't put the burger on it.I used to love how thick the shakes were, they're seldom that firm now.The employees are typically fine, service is just slow.My last complaint is that it is no longer a good value for your dollar. I don't go here if I need to feed the whole family.
Most overpriced location and they don’t make up for it with service.

When we walked in the young lady at the cash register was also taking the drive thru order, which isn't a problem, if you are running a short crew, but it was like 5 people back there. So the problem became when she didn't let us know she was ready to take our order, so we stood around for a few minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. We placed our orders and my bun was not warm and my meat and cheese where not that normal Mr.Quick kind of warm. My partners food was hot but not fix to order
