The manager here is so unprofessional & definitely shouldn't be working with customers my mom had a $70 order & went she went to pick it up she gave the girl 2 gift cards totaling $50 & gave her a $100 bill well the girl didn't give her credit for the 2 gift cards & then when she went in to get her correct change from the $100 the refused to give it to her saying they didn't owe her anything absolute crooks & my family will never order from this establishment again!!

Use to love going to scribs for pizza. The last 2 times the pizza has been mush. I took one bite into it and almost puked had to spit it out. Figured we would try it again same disappointment. It looks cooked from the outside but definitely not. It's all doughy. Someone must have the temperature to high to rush the pizzas. Lost our business was our favorite pizza but not anymore. Can't even eat it.

Ordered a large deluxe with onions on our way home from New Era last night and was told it would be about 20 minutes, when we got ther 25 minutes later we were told that they couldn't find our order, then another person im assuming was the manager came and said it would be about 5 minutes and took payment. Another customer pulled up behind us and the manager asked us to pull forward and I asked if they just put our order in and they said yes they had to remake it. For 1 I dont think they had to remake it, they never put it in so I asked for a refund and one of them was really disrespectful! It looks like e everyone working was a bunch of high schoolers in there not caring about anything but laughing and playing around! Ive been getting your pizza for years and after dealing with that, I wont be back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there! The only reason im giving a star is because I cant post this without it!!
Ordered a large deluxe with onions. The pizza made and cooked perfectly. The toppings abundant and the Italian sausage with fennel is the best in Muskegon. Highly recommended and we will be back. ?

Muskegon Best Pizza. May I suggest a lg pizza ,reg crust,with ham, sausage,bacon and pepperoni...if you like mushrooms or olives like my mom. get it on half of your pie. You won't be disappointed with it, no matter how you like your pizza made.....even cold leftovers for breakfast scribs pizza is good.
