Always loved Scribs until last night, got our pizza, got home and started eating it when I noticed there was something different about it, it was the signature flavor in the sauce, I looked closer and there was no sauce at all ! Never been so disappointed after craving their pizza for weeks, waiting til my whole family was present, and then for the sauce to be absent was a real downer.....Mr Scribs...do better, your lifetime loyal fans are disappointed

I normally love Scribs. But it sucked tonight! The crust was overcooked, the Toppings were undercooked. (Green peppers were raw). Y'all can do better!
I haven't visited this location in quite a while but I was a bit let down. Firstly, when placing my order, the gentleman was very kind and patient and when I picked up my order, the woman was a doll.My only negatives are that the mozz sticks were cold and the pizza was soft and tasted not entirely cooked basically.I usually order from the Apple scribs which has never let me down but I still very much appreciate the service at the laketon scribs.I will definitely give them another try in the near future.

When the older guy with the beard isn't working the service is horrible pizza wasn't cut properly black kid at the window is rude af tighten up scribs you are a staple of Muskegon stop lowering your standards and get your rude staff in
Very good thin crust pizza. Probably in the top 5 I've had in the country this year. Perfect balance of ingredients. Crust had just the right amount of crisp and chew. They pulled one out of the oven that someone had ordered "crispy" and I almost drooled on the counter.

The problem with this chain is that they do not open until 4pm which is a little off-putting for a pizza place because I feel like you guys are missing out on a lot of money but that's neither here nor there!!! The real problem is that they won't take your order until 4:00 when. I understand that you don't open until 4:00, but you should be taking orders considering you're a pizza place and a takeout place and at least 3:45. Other than that, scrib's pizza is amazing, but as far as them answering their phone goes at 357. It's horrible and that I think that needs to change!!! Some of us don't get out until 4:00 and none of us want to have to wait till 4:30 to get our pizza when we're there 10 minutes later
