I usually always have a great experience here. However we were seated in a corner booth near the bar and felt forgotten about. We sat for about five minutes before a server came over to get our drink order. She was not our server but was just helping out. We ordered our food and I got the alfredo while my ten year old niece ordered the Zupa. My alfredo came out 10 mins before her soup. I sat and waited to eat because I didn't want to eat while the child didn't have her food yet. Also there was a table behind us that received their meals and were still waiting on any breadsticks. The breadsticks we received were hard and not very flavorful. It seemed like the servers were new and could benefit from a little more training.

Well the food is good, not great but their Alfredo is delicious. On a slow day we waited awhile for our breadsticks to come and our drinks as well. Great place to stop but pick your waiter/waitress, it makes a difference. Overall a 3 out of 5.

My husband and did our waiting in the lobby and finally got to be seated in the back room area. Got our order immediately taken. Everyone who was already eating in there had left, new people sat down and everyone still got their food 15-20 minutes before us.Our waitress, Annabelle lied to us and blamed it on the kitchen. I would’ve appreciated it if she was honest and said she forgot our order in.We just had a short window from the kids and we were so anxious to get back home to them.

I had a server named Emma S. and she had phenomenal customer service. She got my food to me right away and always seemed happy to do so. The food was amazing but I just wish I wasn’t so stuffed from breadsticks when I ordered the actual meal. It felt very comforting to dine here 9.5/10 expeirence.
