Large pizzas are good but they use the same size pizza dough and stretch it thin for extra large pizzas or stuffed crust pizzas, and they have a larger dough ball for that.

Pizza certainly doesn't look like it is advertised. Cupping pepperoni pizza was very lacking pepperoni, and dry. Received the wrong flavored chicken wings as well.

We ordered "the works" pizza and added bacon and banana peppers withmushrooms on half. We got home and had a banana pepper bacon with mushrooms on half not any of the other toppings. It was very good just not sure what happened. Next time I will look before we leave.

We order BBQ wings and they didn't have much sauce on them. And they didnt take good at all. We also ordered the Hawaiian BBQ pizza and there is not much sauce on the pizza and there is no pineapple on the pizza.
Papa John's used to be pretty good (for a chain, anyway). This past year or so, however, not so much. The main problem can be summed up in one word... OVERBAKED.We used to love the garlic knots but they, along with the other bread sides, are ALWAYS overbaked, making them very dry. Not enjoyable at all, unfortunately.

Flat as cardboard pizza. Skimpy on the ingredients, and they got my order wrong. I asked for Peperoni and mushrooms, it was more a cheese pizza. Paid for thick crust got paper thin. They don't check it before giving it to you. Not worth it. 1st time trying it also the last.

I have been ordering from this particular Papa Johns for years, the food was good, they have done a better job in years past. I assume because they were super busy and that made the quality less than stellar. Here's my beef though, the person that was working the front counter was turned around and playing on their phone when I walked in the door. This person needed to finish whatever they were doing before begrudgingly waiting on me, it was only about 10 seconds, but as a previous national pizza chain manager, this made me sad. I blew it off. The person never really made eye contact and nearly dropped my pizza when handing it to me. I will order again from here, I think. I will likely consider ordering from a competitor before placing an order with this location again. Step it up guys, some of us still like face to face service and being treated like a human, not an inconvenience.

The person on the register had a fit about someone's service animal. I overheard the lady about 40yrs ish that was quietly telling the poor person they couldn't have their service animal in there. That is so messed up.
