The manager is awesome! Asked for shrimp one night and they were unfortunately out, but told me that they'd have more the next day (today) so we went back just for the shrimp. Not only is it to die for, but they were so nice to us just for being returning customers. Food is delicious, drinks are tasty, and service is excellent!!

Went in to use my app come to find out that the app doesnt work. So i asked the person at the counter named russel if they would honor the app but russel said he would need to get his manager. But he must have adhd because he never got his manager so after 5 mins i just left. So in conclusion they can't let russel run the register as he can not focus on what he just said let alone mutipule orders. 0/10

Walked in and out the gate the manager with a grey beard was extremely rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional. Kept asking me to repeat myself until I just decided to leave!! I will definitely not be returning to this location again.

TLDR; ALWAYS GET SAUCES ON THE SIDE FOR WINGS!Well, I (typically) enjoy their food, but the last few times there has been feathers on the chicken when I get wings (more frequently)... I understand that it's a busy place sometimes, and small things like that can easily go unnoticed, but it's rather off-putting. I can understand a couple, but I wonder who processes their chickens because there shouldn't be a feather 8 out of 10 times I order them. And for the workers to Never notice? I more than likely won't be doing wings from here again. I might still do the family pack of tenders for dinner eventually, though.

I didn’t even get food here. Sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and said hello multiple times. I didn’t even have someone tell me to wait to order? No one else was in the drive-thru and it was 3pm….. drove around to see just a bunch of workers hanging out inside. I work fast food too I know it sucks but seriously this is baffling! I literally tell everyone I know to just go to any other location. Never had this happen to me…ever!

I'm not sure who my drive through guy was last night but he made me realize there is good people with good customer service left in this world. He went above and beyond and was kind and patient. We came late as we were driving through and had a really rough day. He was a bright shining star at the end of a terrible day. I will find out his name and update later.

The original chicken sandwich came with two small pickles and enough mayo to cover a pea. Service was slow, I arrived with no one behind me at the drive thru and left with 4 cars stacked up behind me after 5 minutes. This was the last bastion of this chain worth anything in Muskegon, apparently it is dead to customers as well now.

First time eating here. The service was OK for the most part. The person working the window was pretty friendly. The food however wasn't great. Some people like it but I wasn't a fan of the sandwich. I'm not going to give up on the place. I will try something different next time I go.
