We arrived with 1 hour until close 8:59 on a Saturday. 80% of the buffet was empty. There were very few choices. What was available was not very fresh (hard and not very warm) The only reason I didn't rate it a 1 star is because they offered to make things if we asked for it. We still paid full price (for 20% of the options that are typically available) and the mandatory tip that is applied on top of the credit card surcharge. I also went myself a few weeks prior and the food was not fresh and I was generally dissatisfied with the food. This review is based off of service at two separate times and dates.

Food was pure disgust! My family and I went here with my 7 month old grandson! No later than 10 minutes after we leave we all start feeling sick to our stomachs and vomiting! The waitress and staff was RUDE! FOOD WAS COLD! AND they charged us for THEIR own tip on the bill! Food poisoned. By this restaurant highly recommended NOT going here. Place needs to be shut down! I will be calling the health department and making a report!

It was going all good until I found a hair inside my jello and I showed them and waitress told us to talk to the guy when we leave so we went and talked to him on are way out and he blamed us for putting the hair on the food but it was inside the food there is no way it could be ours they call me a liar so it cost $60 for 3 people and none us could eat after seeing the hair come out of my mouth with a hair suck in the jello will not go there again
I GOT SEVERE FOOD POISONING FROM EATING HERE. i was violently vomiting and in severe abdominal pain 15 minutes after eating here and had to get an ambulance to the ER where i stayed for the next 5 hours. i continued to vomit and experience horrific pain and nausea for the next 12 hours. it was the sickest ive ever felt in my life. i was so disappointed because ive been coming here all my life and never had a bad experience but needless to say i will NEVER be back. don't take the risk of eating here unless you really want to be in pain and have a hospital visit.
