I went to get a footlong sweet teriyaki chicken and a footlong BMT. Things were smooth with the chicken sandwich. When it came to the BMT I was informed that my options for toppings were set by Subway because the company was trying to “limit options”. Wait, what? So I can get one sub with any toppings I want but not the other? I discarded the BMT order. I used to love this place, no longer. Thanks for a good run, so many other options. Keep on paying millions to celebrities to hawk your product to a world full of dummies. It seems to be working.

Crazy wait times I've been there multiple times live right down the rd and ever time I walk in the door no customers but have to wait and watch four orders to be made before mine as walk in customer. But recommend going down town could get sub made faster.

The shop is located on Apple Avenue which is a busy road and we were there right after school got out just ahead of basketball games. There was one person running the store. There was no one in the parking lot or in the store and it took us almost a half hour to receive the sandwiches we pulled up to the drive-thru for. He struggled to remember what we ordered for each sandwich and then did not come to the window when we pulled up to pay. I believe he needs someone else there with him to make the business run more efficiently because I'm sure he was in charge of cleaning and anything else that came along. Management needs to do something different. Never on a busy street have one person running a store. The sandwiches were delicious.

This subway is now owned by Wesco Inc, and is under new management!!! They are working super hard to build their customer base. If you were here in the past and had a bad experience, I strongly recommend coming back and meeting the new team! They will take care of you, AND you are always welcome to have your sub made your way.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a subway. The employee "Sydney" was horrible. She has no customer service skills and is very confusing. She did not explain the new process of ordering by number or build your own, than half way through she would not let us get specific veggies on our sub that were not in the description for that specific sub with out an argument. She needs to be FIRED. She is not worth your business reputation. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Customer Service training for her. She would not provide any info for a manager. I will call again today to speak with a manager.
