Good food and great service but the drive-thru could use some work. You have to look at the menu and try to remember your entire order then pull forward and tell them everything that you want without looking at the menu.

Tonight my roommate tried to order online for a sub and they where out of ham. Then when she did the order she wanted. She waited for over an hour for her food to be told it wasn't coming and now subway is closed.

I have yet to come in here and walk out feeling good. I'll admit, they try (but not very hard) to get my order right. The men are always pretty polite, just slow. The women repeat whatever you tell them multiple times as if there's an echo and then still, somehow, manage to mess up the entire order - making others in line wait 2x as long. This happens EVERY time! I might as well make my own sub. Whatever they're smoking in the back, I walk out wishing I could get some after the headache the (lack of) service gives me. Do better management, the bars not very high, unlike your employees...

I ordered and saw pickles in that pile of vegetables she was gone slap upon my sandwich make her aware that I never requested pickles she picked them off but my sandwich still had six pickles on it! When you ask for lite sauce and come home to a soup sandwich literally bread so soggy
