They didn't have shallow sea on menu but I asked for it and they did have it so we were very pleased to try to that rose cause we've been talking about it. First time trying shrimp too. Love the water view too and it was quite and private as well in my pinion

What a great stop! Speciality drinks, home grown crafted drinks and Wonderful food. Moderately pricing good music, good service, place was clean and smelled wonderful. Big Fan!

Food is over priced and not really that good. I guess you pay for for the beautiful view. Restaurant needs a good cleaning and perhaps remodeling.

Great food. Excellent service. Nice setting. Wife and I split a paella. Our friend had pork chops (husband) and walleye (wife). We thought they were all wonderful.

I made a reservation for Valentine's Day at 7:15. My husband and I arrived there right on time. We had to wait for our table to be ready. They walked us to our table and it had just been washed off. We had to wait and stand by the table till they dried it off so they had to got get a towel and then noticed while doing so that they noticed that we needed a new candle on our table as well . we were then seated in the middle of the room in the most uncomfortable chairs that they have ,it must be a chair from their wedding venue events. They clearly overbooked for the situation . That's the only way I can explain the service that we had . Our server came and took our drink order and never came back with our drinks . 20 minutes later, told us that our drinks were running behind and wanted to know if he could take our order . In disbelief on how could we fathom spending $200 on a meal and we haven't even received our drinks yet we decided to leave . My husband and I were completely upset this ruined our Valentine's Day!

Had the best meal ever here on NYE, so returned for Valentine's Day. Was quite disappointed with the Valentine's meal- the stuffed lobster was tiny and way too salty, and the meat was mushy. The chocolate mousse was presented nicely, but was frozen and seemed pre-bought. Not what we would expect from the price.

The view, location, quietness, the atmosphere, and the food was great. We had a wonderful waitress!! The only bad comment is our waitress was to occupied and didnt return to our table until way after we needed refills or needed anything else.

Whitefish was excellent. Sides also very good. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Hostess went aboveboard to accommodate, even after Open Table made error in reservation. This is an error in the Open Table system that has existed for years and they seem to be unable to resolve it. Open Table has my cell number attached to a different name, perhaps someone who previously had that number.

We went here for dinner on 12/2/23 after a show at the Frauenthal. We were looking for something on the nicer end of the spectrum as we were dressed up and feeling festive. We had been to The Lake House twice before this for their Thanksgiving Buffet and we loved it. We had hoped to sit at the bar (our preference when available) but it was full so we sat at a high top. Our server -Derek maybe? Was super attentive and took great care of us. For cocktails I had the Christmas in Manhattan and he had the burnt sugar old fashioned We split a Caesar salad for a starter and they were kind enough to split it to two plates, without us asking - at no charge! The bread and butter were really good as well. But then came our entree... we split the steak & wild mushroom fettuccine. The description made it sound so good! We were sorely disappointed. The steak was NOT seared. We debated whether it was microwaved or boiled. It was gray, tough and flavorless. The pasta was cooked well, but the little bit of sauce there was, was bland. For $32 pasta, I expected it be decent at a minimum and it wasn't. We didn't bother to complain. We didn't need it remade, we were ready to go home and not sure we wanted to come back anytime soon.

Perfectly seasoned fish with balanced sides. Generous portion with a glass of white wine made my business trip 10 times better.

A bit pricey, but yum yum yum! Went here with the lady friend and some friends. It was awesome food. The views of the old lake are awesome too. Lower the price just a smit, but great food, great service and those lake perch never tasted so good.

The food was delicious and hot and ready to eat... the service was bad this Young lady had no clue how to come and ask if we wanted another drink but said she is a bartender.. the lemon drop was lemon juice not tasty at all... the place is beautiful with the scenery and the water.... I'll come back but I don't want her as a server.....

Food and waitress were very good as usual. Bar tender though could use a refresher course, on proper garnishments for drinks . Manhattan sent without cherry , White Russian very light on vodka mostly Kailua and cream.
