Definitely will not be returning. Waited 45 minutes for a medium pizza, a sandwich, and a house salad. When my mother asked the waitress what was taking the food so long, she accused my mother of becoming loud, which she was not. She also lied about checking on our order. Definitely will not be returning. We were so displeased, that we asked for the food “to go”. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Please keep in mind, they weren’t even that busy when we were in.

I had not been here in a very long time, I thought it would be nice to not go to a chain pizza place that could actually deliver to me that day. I wanted to place an order and was directed to place online(Slice). I did that, I ordered a house deluxe pizza and some pepper jack cheese cubes. When I arrived the restaurant was not clean pizza box’s were thrown all over and everything was in disarray. Not one employee even had anything in that said TopShelf? I was told to wait so I did. I have lung problems so when my order was ready I took it to my car and went home. When I opened the pizza I see it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the House Deluxe add bacon and onions, my pizza only had bacon and onions in it. I wasn’t pleased but thought I must have done something wrong. So today I went back to the app and looked band I did not do anything wrong. So I decided to call Top Shelf and see what could be done. I was given the manager, she told me to bad I didn’t call the same day because she will do nothing for me today. I let her know I would be giving a bad review. Thanks for your rudeness I will take my business else where. There are places that really appreciate their customers. I was not rude but this is wrong!

I understand it’s a Saturday night and it’s busy but I called for at least 15 minutes without anyone answering. Someone finally answered and I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. Ordered 3 subs and some appetizers. Arrived right when they said everything would be done. I drove 2 minutes back to my house and the food was cold and tasted bland. They didn’t even cut the subs in half. I ordered full orders of appetizers and only received half orders and was charged for the whole orders. This isn’t the first bad experience. I used to love topshelf but will not return again.

Usually get the best subs, these subs were both ice cold, we asked for extra dressing on the side, and the subs were drenched with dressing( why we get it in the side, so we can controll how much extra we get) hope the next time is
Always delicious. The crust is my favorite. I have tried a couple different kinds of pizzas and it does not matter just delicious. When I am wanting pizza Top Shelf is my go to.
