Got the same smoothie i've gotten for a year, it tasted terrible, i called and let them know, they said to come back and get a new one, and the new one was perfect, they were extremely respectful and i appreciated that gesture immensely.
Sadly disappointed. My door dasher stated that they were told there was no food with the order she was picking up. I drove to the store to get the food I ordered only to be given the cold wrap that had been sitting by their pick up area. They were reluctant to remake the wrap when I initially asked but did end up remaking it. The girl that helped me was really sweet and did her best to make it right with what she herself could do.
