I drive through the US approx once every 4 months and I always look forward to stopping at Love’s! It is hands-down my favourite gas station and convenience store. It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly. Also, the washroom is impeccably clean! Thank you Love’s for making my road trips so awesome! I will continue to stop in any time I can! The Love’s location I love to stop at is about an hour or so after Port Huron, Michigan.There is a McDonald’s and a Chicken restaurant there (My 14 year old claims they have THE BEST Chicken he’s ever had! Friendly staff and FRESH chicken).Vegetarian options: McDonald’s has fries and the gas station has LOTS of snacks for vegetariansWheelchair accessibility: Large parking lot and lots of spaces available

Food was good and fairly quick. The think that bothered me is they were manipulating their system of service speed. The second my order popped up on the "in progress" screen they quickly moved it to the "now serving" screen..... very dishonest manipulation of their service numbers. 1-22-24 @ 1:25pm.I sat in the restaurant for 10 minutes and watched them to do the same thing to every order that popped up on the screen.Dishonest reporting makes me worry about the work ethics and honesty of other food serving policies.

Standing up front waiting to order while everyone is in the back standing around joking with each other doing nothing. Two staff that walked right by me and not a word. It’s happened way too often here. Clean the kiosks if you don’t want to take orders or answer the stupid door bell that you put in.

NEVER has food prepared. Have to wait EVERY SINGLE TIME.. for 1 sandwich or 1 fry?? Lol Get some reliable staff..
Will never come to this location again and I live right down the road from them. Will drive the extra distance to go to another one. They have messed up my order on numerous times, they have times posted online saying that the drive thru is open an hour later then the restaurant and we have seen cares there during the week after 10 placing orders but every time we stop there after 10 they say they are closed already and that they are only open til 11 on weekends. Make up your mind or change the times online.
