The overall quality of this chain has just dropped completely. The fries come out soggy and the build your own burger sheets are long gone. They assume that you just know the available toppings and then you read it off to them. SUPER LAME. There is zero point to this chain anymore.
Good burger. I recommend the B.O.M. The menu is small, but you should find something for everyone. Large groups work well there also. If you are feeling giddy, go for the Grilled Cheese. Interesting to have apple slices on it.

Me and the wife decided to go there because of the one by Flint but we felt like we didn't belong the environment and people were not welcoming but our waitress was very pleasant but we don't know if we're going to go back to that particular one we might but after that experience maybe not!
