We have eaten here before and it was fabulous. This was a celebration dinner for us and it was a huge disappointment. The entrees (salmon and filet) were satisfactory but the sides (baked potato and broccoli) were barely warm. The service was not at all what we’ve experienced before. There was a long wait between courses. Our wine didn’t come until the meal was almost finished. We shared our dissatisfaction in a polite way with both our server and hostess. They offered new sides but we didn’t want more food. We were disappointed with the meal and the poor service, but also in their disinterested response. I doubt we will go there again.

My wife and I enjoy this place it's are 8th or 9th time here, really like the food and service. We always enjoy the calamari to begin she gets the shrimp and lobster pasta, and I always get the bone in ribeye and parmesan fries. We make our reservations and show up to eat only to find out you guys have some sort of special menu that excludes everything we wanted. We did stay, but only cause we did drive over 1 hr to get there. So I just have one suggestion when making reservations. There should be something stating the menu might be different from the one that is posted so people know and choose another evening

It was one of the best prime ribs and crab cakes I have ever had. Wife really loved the French Onion Soup. Buffalo Shrimp were huge and very tasty. The Breads and butters they served were also delicious.

Celebrated wife's birthday. We both had the special - French Onion Soup(delicious), the 7oz Filets, potato & veggie, and creme brulee for $60. The soup is probably the best French Onion I've had. I'm not a big filet person but it was seasoned & Cooked perfectly. The creme brulee dessert is delicious. Service was spot on. Our waitress was on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. We've been to copper rock several times in South Bend. New Buffalo's blew them out of the water.

The host Chaz welcome me and my significant other as always he Is the best. A ND our server Carrie was amazing and the other staff are great too the manager Julia Is so great we love Copper Rock so so much. Thank you Lesly Ratcliff.

Always great attentive, knowledgeable service. Ariel. Food was on point and chocolate cake so decadent. Great cocktails. Only complaint is Caesar salad needs top shelf shaved Parmigiana reggiano.

Very disappointing for us and we have been there many times before our waitress told us about the specials for the dinner that evening and we were the first couple's seated for dinner the waitress told us of the special we ordered two of us ordered the special and the waitress came back after a couple minutes then said the special was not available I don't understand how that is possible since we were one of the first to be at the restaurant it wasn't as if it was 9:00 p.m. in the evening a very disappointing situation which made it very difficult the rest of the evening she also immediately took away the bread and butter ones are hors d'oeuvres arrived which was not professional and what I see food was just average and waitress had an attitude because our order was not the same as initially thought of he also ordered calamari and the lady waitress said they were not hot but the jalapenos were so hot that we were unable to finish the order and when asked by the waitress how is everything we told her we weren't satisfied with the hors d'oeuvres

We enjoyed the best dinner last night before our show. The pre show menu was amazing. We chose the special - prime rib, salad, and a seafood appetizer. The perfect surf and turf. Everything paired nicely with their generous old fashioneds. So good, we had two. Service was incredible. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, approachable, and genuine. We cannot wait for another excuse to go back!

We have dined here on special occasions in the past and I think they were at an all-time high for great food and great service. Our experience last night will keep us coming back for sure.

Very disappointed. We always split the delmonico steak-it melts in your mouth! This time I don't know what we were served. It looked more like a strip steak and tasted off. ☹️

Excellent atmosphere and white table cloth restaurant at Four Winds casino! Made a reservation for 9 pm through open table and our table was ready when we arrived. We were seated and served with water and bread immediately. The bread and butter tray was a phenomenal selection of both. The butter has different flavors- onion chive, bacon cheese, honey butter and salted butter: mouth watering! Our server Ann was excellent and gave us many recommendations since this was our first time. The French onion soup was excellent. Hub and I both ordered the 7 oz filet and were cooked to our desired temperature. Dessert, we decided to have the mudslide and grasshopper from the bar and were really good as well. Youth the copper rock by the door for good luck on your way out! Will definitely be back !

While the food was good the atmosphere was lacking. The booth was cramped and the seating uncomfortable (there was some type of divider under the seat cushion to meant sitting away opposite my wife or on the divider for a quieter conversation). The noise level and service attention were more in line with a moderately priced steakhouse chain restaurant. I would recommend the South Bend location over New Buffalo.

Every time we come to the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo we always have dinner at Copper Rock Steakhouse the food so delicious and the service is great wouldn't have it no other way.

Waitress was great, very attentive. Ordered Oyster Rockefeller as an appetizer was under cooked . The bus guy, Jerry, was fantastic, need more employees like him. Overall experience was great.

Amazing dinner and service! Enjoyed the Ceasar salad, Dover sole, baked potato, and steamed broccoli as well as a fantastic gelato in a carmelized shell for dessert. Definitely will be back for a future dinner date.
