Every single time I call this place no answer but when I walk on in the employee or employees are standing right there. Can y’all stop being lazy, answer the phone, do your job. Seriously because it’s making me mad. It’s making my wife mad. We call to ask about specific things you’re usually out of to make the decision if we are going to eat here or not. And everytime we end up just going in because they refuse to answer the phone, they are out of the veggie we were initially calling to see if they were out of. Wasted gas/trip. Seriously, if the store is open the phone should be answered.

I used to go to this subway about a year ago and it was horrible, but it seems like they are under new ownership and it really shows! I met the new owner and applauded him for really changing the experience up. The place was really clean, lively, and the staff was very friendly. My sub was made perfectly how I like it. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it!

The morning or rather afternoon shift.first shift on deck, is GRRREEEAAAT!! i think i went at 11am upon opening for lunch..was a delightful sandwich..veggies!! All the way!!

The food at Subway was very good,as usual ... Though didn't like the Italian dressing, seemed like it was a spicy Italian, didn't like it at all!! Other than that, the sub was perfect!!!

Not sure why this place has bad reviews, maybe they’re old and it’s under new ownership? Not sure but I was just in and everything was great. The ladies there were super friendly and nice. Sub was mad perfectly. Super clean. Just moved to the area and this will be my go to subway.

Nice and friendly staff, clean store, and a very tasty sub! I got the Spicy Italian and was impressed with how fresh all the ingredients were. Will definitely be going to this Subway from now on!

So I order a strong n chz sub they ask if I wanted it toasted I said no. Get home and the steak is frozen cold! Really? Called he said well you said no toasted. I said the bread oh geeze so you guys out there eat cold steak sandwiches? Never have I ever dealt with this! Never will come to this one ever again!

Subway.They have come a long way from being a small sandwich shop.I remember when there was only 1 subway in this area and that was at 23 mile near McDonald's. Then one popped up at Meijer and now this location.By far, this location has the best subway artist. I do get my subway sandwich here often and it's always made well. The Meijer artist are terrible. They'll murder your sandwich. The subway on gratiot near 21 mile is decent but very far. Sorry for the bash.Some people complain about bad subs but they are not going inside to order. Anything can go wrong when you deliver.This location does it right. I've seen beautiful subway sandwich and this place makes some decent sandwiches.Highly recommended

Not sure who’s working tonight… it’s April 2nd at like 7pm but the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I mean she even knew she was rude because she told us to skip the tip when we were cashing out.. my husband said why you are working hard, very nicely to try and cheer her up a little and nope she said no I don’t. but I could agree with her on that she didn’t deserve any tip. Just very very rude. he even tried nicely to make conversation and she just completely and blatantly ignored him. I do not care if you were having a terrible day or had a rude customer before us, yes I’m sorry but we all experience days like that you’re not the only one sweetheart we all have to work hard for a living. But that’s no excuses to treat ANYONE the way this female was.

Really disappointing. I ordered online for the first time ever thinking it would just add convenience to my day and when my boyfriend and I went to eat our sandwiches neither were toasted and mine had no cheese. Both were freezing cold which is not our preference with steak and chicken. Won’t ever order online again.

I am absolutely BAFFLED on how I was just treated at this location. We order subway like once a week and I always order it earlier to be picked up at 3:30-4 pm. I always write instructions on the notes for the sauces we want on side and to please make them fresh because I’m not coming right away and today we went to pick up and our subs were ICE COLD and soggy. I called the store to make it right and was laughed at and mocked by the employees and told they won’t do anything to fix it and that I can come next week to talk to a manager! How is that going to help me tonight? I had to throw away all our food and figure out something else I am very very upset and I hope corporate or a manager gets back to me.
