2024 update - not worth it. They don’t fill the fries to the top. Very expensive and sizes are smaller.We got the strawberry lemonade and a vanilla milkshake. Both were amazing. They are fast and very friendly.

I'm very disappointed with Arby's New Hudson. We have been eating there off and on from the time they opened for business several years ago. This visit fell well short of the expectations from past visits. We were the only ones in the dining room. There were only a couple of cars in the drive-thru. Our fries we got were cold and looked and tasted like being under the heat lamps for a while. On a positive note, the 2 for 6 crispy fish was hot and made fresh. The time it took to cook the fish, we could have got fresh fries as well. Atmosphere was not good as the sounds from back kitchen area were rude and disgusting. On a positive note, the young lady who took our order was pleasant and patient. When our food was ready, she delivered it to our table with a smile. I gave a 4 for service, not a 5, because of the food.

Nathan (23) was very kind. The store was closing and a guy came in and he was about to close but we got there at the perfect millisecond. He could’ve kicked us out but didn’t. He is VERY nice and cool. 5 stars and the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever seen!

Like most fastfood places good luck getting exactly what you order. I know Chicken nuggets look alot like a child size rosatbeef sandwich. But sadly it is not. Keep trying you will get it right someday.
A newer Arby's with a good seating area. The employees are typically fast and friendly but there can be a lunch rush from 11:30 to around 12:30. One of the best fast food choices in the area.
