MAKE SURE TO CHECK UR FOOD BEFORE PULLING OFF OR ANYTHING…. Went here after school tonight to get a chicken sandwich and thank god i opened it when i got home before biting into it because i found a beetle looking bug in my food. Never ever coming here again.

Just an average mcdonalds but we were served by a woman named abby, she was very helpful and attentive, made multiple orders and requests and she was quick and on top of it. If shes not management she needs to be considered for it as we will definitely be returning because of our experience with abby.
I will first start off by saying we dont frequent mcdonalds that often and I have tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt over the years. This was the last time though. Every time we would go through the drive through something is always a problem, they cant hear us, food is made wrong, takes forever, etc. This time I ordered on the app when I left my house about 10 minutes away from there. I got there and checked into my curbside spot. Then proceeded to watch 8-10 cars pull through order and get there food over the next 10-12 minutes. So I went inside and waited at the window. I watched them at that time fill the 2 drinks we had order and just walk around talking to each other and no one even asked if they could help me. I waited at the window another 5 minutes before they finally completed our order. Not sure what the point of the order ahead app is if they don't make the order until you have been there for 15minutes. Avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible service. Wrong orders. Ordered online and got wrong order. Can back and was told it was our fault that our online order was wrong because we didn’t check before leaving. Why would we open up everything to check if correct when ordering? Manager was extremely rude when asking for help.

These places are what they are. They forget stuff in your order, drive through, kiosk, or at the counter....they simply can not get an oder right. I know, I know they work hard and deserve $35/hr. Sorry, but fast food restaurants don't care, and it shows....eat at your own

if i could leave zero stars i would because this place is shit. literally nothing in my order was correct except two fries and two nuggets, no xtra pickles or onions on my burger which i got charged EXTRA for and i asked for salt and ketchup in my BAG and got ZERO SALT OR KETCHUP. so i recommend if you want extra stuff on your burgers bring your own or pick another mcdonald's because this place SUCKS. im done

I work close by so I semi frequently get food from here. 9/10 times food is fresh, warm/hot, and is better than my average McDonald’s experiencesA lot of times they’re super busy so I avoid and choose a different option for lunch. If the drive through isn’t super busy , it’s worth
