Well, all I was picking up was a large coffee and large green tea. I wish I had the guys name but I don't. When I ordered he was very rude! Whatever happened to being polite,kind,nice...so I get to the window and this guy is yelling at 2 employees but I could only see one girl and she looked very uncomfortable this guy continued to yell while I sat in the drive through window with my card out waiting for him to take my money I sat there for 3 to 4 minutes it felt longer he never turned around to take my money had enough so I left this tim Hortons is on my sister's way to work so that's why she puts up with it I do and will not recommend this location to anyone ever other than do NOT GO to that location

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and had an issue. The first time was shortly after opening in the morning, I went through the drive-through to order and was pulled even though they were open, they had nothing. Not even coffee the second time, I ordered a breakfast wrap, bagel and a coffee. Instead, I was handed a bag with two bagels, one of them with a singular slice of cheese melted on it that was cold and harder than a rock and no breakfast wrap.

Horrible customer service! My card was charged 3 times. I went to my bank and brought in the paperwork and was told that I was wrong! He didn’t want to hear what I had to say, so I will be bringing it back to the bank. I have always loved Tim Hortons and enjoy their coffee but I will not be returning! As a local business owner I find this extremely disappointing.

Owner is extremely rude. Does not care about customers. Went there twice and was treated poorly both times. First time I ordered a coffe with double cream and two shots of vanilla. They gave a coffee ame two vanilla cream donuts. Thought it was comicaL told hI'm I did not order donuts and he bit my head off. Sandwich's have been terrible. Sausage not cooked and rubbery. They use to have best breakfast sandwich's. They have gone straight down hill. Too bad!

The drive through was a little slow, but my food was terrible. The "mocha" that I got was just burned, black coffee with basically zero chocolate flavor and my bagel didn't have near enough cream cheese. Will not be going here again.

Usually everytime it's a 6/10. I can't complain because it's American Tim Hortons, but the food quality could definitely be better. What inspired this review was the picture attached. I though eggs were supposed to be all yellow, not have a tint of green. Smelled and looked like nothing good. The sauce is Chipotle btw.

This review is based on 2 visits.1st visit was either someone took my order or simply they didn't make it when I placed through the app and my hashbrown was dry and chewy (very clearly it's old and reheated)2nd visit no wait but they don't have or will serve ketchup anymore for their hashbrowns, in both visits it seems like they're trying hard to save money by being cheap

Pass on this spot. Service was poor... there were 3 people working and I was the only one in line and they ignored me. Donuts were stale. Only reason for the 2 stars was because it was inside a very nice service center.

Had enough coffee grounds in my large coffee to make a pot myself! I frequent Tim Hortons 7 days a week! This by far the worst one I’ve ever!
