First of all,the hostess is attentive and pleasant. We had family from out of town for dinner. They walked away having had a great meal. Our service was fantastic. Spot-on at every step of the way. Could not be any nicer than she was.We have returned again and had just as great of a time! NORTHERN TRAILS IS A REALLY GREAT PLACE. To the owners,the ladies working there are phenomenal, don't let them go ever!! Thanks again!!

Food was decent and fairly priced. Steaked needed some kind of seasoning even just some salt and pepper something. Was supposed to be cooked with a garlic butter but none of that flavor was present.

Bartender was less than considerate. Mozzarella sticks were exploded and fried mushrooms were far over cooked! Couldn’t even get a second drink after we were done with our food. The bartender handed us our bill and went on talking to I assume a waitress in a pretty much empty bar.
Awful service. Bartender seemed to occupied, with talking to waitresses. Got a mixed drink couldn’t taste the alcohol in it. Paid $30 for a over charred steak. Not worth it and disgusting. Left completely unsatisfied.
