Ordered delivery three times now! Food is always hot and delicious, drivers are always friendly and pleasant. We're able to get multiple items without breaking the budget, which is saying a lot considering the prices of Pizza Hut and Domino's. Will be ordering again :)

Papa Johns Pizza you just lost a customer. First I loathe your website. I don’t think it is user friendly at all. Way too many steps. Tonight I have way too much to do. I decided pizza was the way to go. I went to the store in Niles, MI and they would not accept the coupon I received in the mail. They said it was only redeemable online. Called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. What happened to real customer service and satisfaction? I’m certain it’s lost in cyberspace!!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, but got mushroom, as well, due to the special was for a two topping pizza. The pizza had way too much sauce and not very much cheese. I thought it tasted off bc of all the sauce, but after eating some, I realized there was no pepperoni. I called and the manager offered a credit for a replacement pizza. Today, I order the pizza, go to pick it up and the girl working stating she was a manager, was rude and the manager I had spoken to never put the credit in, so I wasted my time and gas to go deal with her telling me I can talk to the general manager, he'll be there Friday -- its Monday. She said she was just talking to him on the phone, and I ask her to call him. She does *supposedly* but he doesn't answer the phone, but even that was suspicious like she didn't really call. The best part of all, I'm majorly ticked at this time and she knows it, and she asks me did I want to still purchase the pizza?!!! NO!! I will never purchase Papa Johns pizza again. It looked and tasted awful.***Then i go to write this review, and see another customer had the exact same issue with the manager not putting in the credit like 1 month ago! PAPA JOHNS: IF YOU WANT TO WIN BACK CUSTOMERS AFTER MESSING UP FOOD, DON'T MESS UP WHEN YOU OFFER TO REPLACE IT!! THEN YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! Pizza looks and tastes nothing like their menu. Our pizza was missing 1/2 the cheese and had garlic knot sauce spilled all over pizza and box. Was told I would get a credit. When called to try pizza for a second time was denied credit cause manager forgot to credit account. Do not order pizza from here. You had one job and you can't even make a pizza. Worst pizza ever and customer service.
