Had best experience at this location. Person name Felicia as the cashier she was greeted us and welcomed as and did the order with very happy face. It was very rare at the bk location. Workers like this make a very memorable experience. Kudos to the cashier and all team. Everyone worked as a team.
We stopped by here three times coming and going to Michigan Adventure (2-day pass). The first stop was on our way back to our hotel in Grand Rapids. I just wanted to order fries and drinks to snack on because we didn't eat much at the park. We ended up stopping by twice more a couple of days later for our day two of Michigan Adventure.The first stop we ordered a few fries and drinks. Wvery time I go here, my daughter wants a kid meal that comes with a cookie. My son wants something off yhe regular menu that doesn't come with a cookie, so I order an extra. Every time the cookie is not included. It happens every time. Or you order 4 cookies. You get 2. Why can't this place figure this out?
