Every visit I’m greeted with a nice cashier. My food is always correct and delicious. Five Guys has Consistency and I’m never disappointed, which I highly recommend.

Had the double cheeseburger with large fries and a coke. The cheeseburger was very good. The large fries were humongous! A small size would be enough for one person. I like how the fries were cooked, but there was too much salt on them for my liking. Next time I plan to ask for no salt and hope they can do that.

This is the third time that I have tried Five Guys. The first two visits were at other locations and I was not impressed. I guess that each location is individually owned and the Northville restaurant has its act together. Had the cheeseburger with everything and loved it! Comparison to a double Big Mac wasn't even close and the price wasn't that much more. The small order of fries was enough for two people and were cooked just right. From my table I was able to watch the four workers who were busy and efficient. I noticed that the burgers were slightly smashed after flipping. Soon as there was a break in customers, they started cleaning the cooking area and customer tables.

Ordered on the ACTUAL website (not doordash) to have food delivered. All 3 burgers we got were incorrect and had condiments and all sorts of things we didn't order. I called the store to tell them and they said we had to call doordash to re-submit our order? Or come and pick it up. What a waste of time.... I didn't want to bother with DoorDash customer service, so I said fine i'll come get it. The worker on the phone was rude and hung up on me after that. Not great at following directions and not very good customer service either. Here I am...waiting for my order at the store for another 15 minutes. Must just not be their night.

Make sure you're fries are done ....on more than one occasion they are soggy. I know they get busy but for 8 dollars it's important to have well done fries.
