The best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food itself was a 10/10. More impressive than the food was the operation. Wife and I came on a Friday night and it was packed. We had a wait which was fine as we walked down the strip and they called when our table was ready. I owned a restaurant myself, I have never seen an operation run so smoothly. My boyfriend and I have been going to Koji for five years, and we have never been disappointed! We’ve tried SO many sushi restaurants and nothing compares to Koji. The shrimp tempura and bulgogi are to die for!

Koji has the most consistent experience in sushi that I've encountered. The quality is always exquisite and second to none. For being such a high quality restaurant the prices beat out all the rest and are comparable to any sushi goer. I eat sushi very often yet no one can match the quality of koji's sushi.
