Stay away! This place is a dysfunctional disaster. I waited a full 45 minutes for an order that was ready, sitting on their shelf behind the counter.And that is no exaggeration, I'm a delivery driver, I got paid for my time so I know just how long it was.I kept politely asking the dude at the counter and he either ignored me, or looked right at the bag I was there for and told me it wasn't ready.Finally the manager realized I had been standing there way too long and actually listened to me. If you want to eat at a functional restaurant, this ain't it.

Rude workers, high prices, no napkins, over an hour long wait, went inside to order and they said we have to download the app to order. After downloading app and ordering it showed an hour wait and can’t cancel. Scammers. Seems like a lot of other upset customers. 1 star! Good luck! You don’t have my business

We’ve been here quite a few times, each time has been a different experience. However two times they (a younger male) got my order wrong, or was simply rude and took a personal call and playing on his phone while at front counter amoung other things; However Andre (I’m assuming the evening manager) had a great head on his shoulders and has fixed my order both times it’s been wrong.

3 entrees of wings with blue cheese and ranch. There was no ranch or blue cheese was sent with the orders. 1.49 for each meal and they forgot the upcharge for dips.... This happen twice here Anyone else had this happen too?

Ordered online and had to wait quite a long time, along with some other customers inside...BUT. The manager on duty was great at communicating that to the customers, offered a drink and extra sauces to someone that waited much longer than expected and just generally had a great sense of customer service. That's so incredibly hard to find post-Covid. Not to mention, the wait was definitely worth it. The wings and voodoo fries were perfect. Thanks, guys!!!

My first order I had delivered and the fries smelled like weed while the chicken had sat so long the dips rubs had lost their taste, it also had an estimated delivery time of an hour and didn’t arrive until 2 1/2 hours after I had placed it.My last order was also placed online, but I decided to take carryout instead. I got there 20 minutes before my estimated pickup time and it was all ready which was nice, but the entire restaurant smelled like marijuana. The staff were high, they forgot my dips, and they had me pour my own drinks (which I wouldn’t mind if they hadn’t offered to get me what I would like on their website, which didn’t have the correct selection of drinks that were present at the restaurant).The only good things about this trip were that the wings are pretty decent and that a customer opened a door for me on my way out.

I very rarely give such a poor review but after the experience we had here, if I could have given less than 1 star, I would. My husband placed our order at 5:25 and the completed time showed 16-21 min. I got there at 6pm only to be told 5-10 minutes along with everyone else that came in. I waited over an hour and walked out a little after 7pm with no apology, no rationale, nothing. The employees were beyond rude - I witnessed the girl in the front literally pointing and laughing at a customer making fun of his appearance. I watched food being thrown on the floor intentionally. At one point, a customer was given the wrong food and the “manager” came out, no apology or anything, snatched the food out of his hand and threw it in the garbage. There was no rhyme or reason to how orders were completed. People waited at least 45 minutes to an hour and the rudeness of the staff was across the board. At least three customers walked out, one asked for his money back. By the time I got home, I basically had cold, soggy fries, all of our wings were dumped in one tray with the sauces mixing (we ordered 50 for our family), and the corn was missing. I literally do not have words for how terrible this place is. We had to recook the wings in the oven for fear they weren’t cooked properly. When I called to ask about our missing side, I was on hold for so long, I gave up. Literally you can see the wings sitting in a pool of sauce - multiple sauces! We will never be coming back here again.

They said 10 minutes and took 40 minutes. Bagged our order wrong the first time. Then when we finally got the food it was so disgusting we couldn't eat it. We will never return.

Worst experience ever. Placed a simple Order 10 wings 4 PC fingers and fries at 6:14 just now at 7:45 received order along with several others in same situation. No warnings no apologies. Flat out ridiculous. Wing Stop thumbs Down big time. !!!!

I waited in the restaurant for an hour and thirty minutes and then they continuously kept saying 5 to 10 more minutes. All they had to say is they are backed up and it’s going to take a hour before I waste my time sitting in a restaurant with more annoyed and frustrated customers with their service. There were workers on there phone doing absolutely nothing. Learn how to work. It was completely unprofessional I will never order from here again. Oh to add they forgot my corn and an 8pc wing so I called and went back. When I got there they said they need to make a new batch because they gave my food to someone else and gave me the wrong type of wings.

They gave my food to someone else because “they needed it” after I waited an hour and a half for my food after they continued to tell me “it will just be 5-10 minutes”. Horrible service and attitude will never order from this location again. All they had to do was be honest about the wait time but instead they continued to lie and ignore customers.
