Yesterday early afternoon chaos and craziness within the employees. People standing to wait and get food we're hollering at employees to stop. That there was people waiting to be waiting on. Wow what a scene it was. But if they look back on the cameras they'll see exactly what went on. Sorry but it was not professional at all. Not at zero level! Need a manager text me.

Got to the drive through at 11:45pm. Website says it’s open until 1am. Three other people sat behind us waiting to have their orders taken. After waiting about 10 minutes we caught on that we were just going to be ignored by the girl inside. Made direct eye contact with the girl inside as we drove away, and the smerk on her face confirmed she was just straight up ignoring us.

Service is TERRIBLE! This McDonald's is awful! They should spend some money and time on customer service. I absolutely HATE McDonald's because of this location. DO BETTER. And if the mcflurry machine is BROKEN AT THE TIME, take it off the menu. I Haaaaaaaaaate it there. Rude rude

Nice place, staff, facilities, food, location:) Very pleased. I grew up in NS/Musk.I haven't lived here in 9 years. I moved back in November a cpl months ago.Muskegon use to get a bad rep around the state and nation .We all know Muskegon is great.Thank you McDonalds on Norton Ave for helping continue to bring Skeetown to The Top:)You're good for our community and our future.

It's Mcdonalds. They’re all the same. always understaffed, and I'm reminded of this in every aspect of my visit. I don't bother going inside anymore as they're rarely clean, and the wait is too long. The foods sloppily thrown together. I understand the employees' issues, though. They need to serve as many guests as possible within as little time as possible. Mcdonalds is continually draining more money from the community to pass upward and not even hiding the fact that they want to employ a skeleton crew when, in reality, they should have double the staff for the workload they have.
Pickup orders are not priority for this McDonald’s. Fries were old, cheeseburgers were cold. Ice was melted in my drink. The final straw for me was seeing the bag they had by the prep station sitting there for 10-15 minutes, later to only realize the bag was my order. Complete joke of a fast food chain.

Fries were cold and they can't count the cash back right they shorted me on my money even though they have a computer to tell them how much money one needs back and then got mad at me for trying to correct them about my money back.
