These soft bite sized pretzels are quite tasty. I always like them with the cheese dip. Every once in a while, maybe the cinnamon flavors. Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon are a carb marriage in heaven.

The woman working the cash register today was the most rude woman I have ever met. I’ve never had money ripped out of my hand for no reason. Her coworker even told her she was mean. Not sure of her name, but she may want to find another line of work because a miserable person like her shouldn’t work with the public.

I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to. I had a hair in my pretzel and the lady said you can just pull it out. That is nasty.

Slow service! The employees are not motivated to do anything fast. I was here on Black Friday and there was a line to the exit doors. There was ONE person working the register and she was unbelievably SLOW. I waited 45 minutes to get a pretzel and lemonade. The manager FINALLY came to the front and helped the poor girl out. The crew in the back is so slow....

This place is ridiculous! Service sucks so bad I will never buy from here again! Disappointed they lied to me over and over on how long it would take to have 3ï¸âƒ£ regular pretzels made, waited 15 mins for some dang pretzels! Don't waste your time here!
