Went in to purchase a cake, picked one marked 28.99, rang up as 32.99. I pointed out what it was marked on box. They said it was marked wrong. I put that one back and picked one marked 21.99, rang up 22.99. I said no it's marked 21.99. Again it's marked wrong. This time I complained and stated Michigan law that they technically have to give me 10x the overcharge. Met with blank stares. I will never visit this location again

Never again. We went here 3 times hoping that it would be better. The first time they closed much earlier than the posted time and potential customers had to find out by going seeing the door locked. I knocked and asked were they open and someone came and said that they decided yo close early. Lol. My gas wasted. Second time the workers didn’t seem to know about the ice cream I mentioned and kept going to back. Third time the ice cream didn’t look that great. I saw some with what looked like snow in the container. I called back and said to the person who waited on me : do you see all that ice in there with the ,butter pecan and it looks like snow. He apologized and said he will clean it up and I can come back and get a free scoop. Ask for anyone and tell them about my call. Yeah. Nope. I gave this place 3 tries. It is nothing like another Baskin - Robbins I found. They have donuts but I’m not willing to get that based on the unclean looking ice cream freezers. Freezer burned ice cream yuck.

I Walked In For Some Supposedly Fresh Donuts. They Had Hardly Any Selection So I Settled On Some Chocolate Donut Holes. They Were Stale And Not Fresh. When I Told The Manager He Said Call Corporate Offices. Unbelievable That The Manager Was That Rude. I Don’t Recommend. Will Never Be Back.

I haven't been here in about a year; however, today I had one of the best vanilla malts of my life. Blended to perfection with extra malt powder. Keep up the good work!

The service here sucked. They completely ignored me standing in front of the ice cream counter for 5 minutes. I stood there to see how long before they acknowledged me. They even carried on a meaningless conversation with another guy who sat inside. The worker looked like a high school kid, and the other female looked like she could be her mom.They were working alongside each other. They made sandwiches and coffee like they didn't have a customer waiting to be serviced. Either one could "barely" speak a lick of English. Both should quit!TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT!
