Our server Joesph was awesome! He was very attentive and made our experience great. The cook was also excellent. He is super nice and entertaining. Watched a customer be super rude to him for no reason and he stayed calm and professional. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and the foods great.

I understand it was 2 hours till closing but the place was so dirty everywhere. The big round grille had such a build up you didn't know what you were eating, the glass door to the restrooms were so smeared with greasy prints you didn't want to even push it open. The floors were all littered with food droppings. The one where the food is was clean however.

Came in on a day long date for lunch and as we walked to a table, my date immediately noted that the floors were sticky, like Winnie Pooh's red shirt sticky, as I noticed a good amount of the workers were just standing around. Unfortunately, we turned around and hit the door. There's no reason the floor should feel like popsicle quicksand and they weren't that busy. Let's work on it folks.

Went in for a carry out wanted in a line for food to be cook they moved everyone down and took people ahead of us so instead of waiting for our food to be cooked we now had 3 people ahead of usOkay... came back to have dinner much better service and much better food! Dinner was so good a little bit of a wait so pack your patience but the yummy food was worth it!!!

Spent 76ish dollars on take out tonight, live in South Lyon so a bit away, get home and my entrees gone then put on hold when I call for over 5 mins. I hung up, hangry didn’t think this required me doing someone’s job and double checking. But live and learn people. Great way to go into Sunday.Also great job cooking the kids meal how do you expect a child to eat chard sausage wow place is not even worth the visit folks go over to McDonald’s.

The service was fantastic as well as the food. Everything was fresh. They were short staffed and made note on the door that only stir fry and cake was available because of being short staffed. This did not stop the 2 employees that we saw there from being wonderful hosts. They really went above and beyond for our family.

Horrible and disappointing.Took my daughter there for dinner for her birthday. I've always loved it...First, the main grill was down (understandable; things break).The available food to build a bowl was a MISERABLE selection (at $17.99, THAT was a disgrace). The little bit of beef (I got the last tidbits), precooked shredded chicken...nothing like it used to be. No fresh broccoli...the 'cook' wasn't even on the 'warm side '. I bit my tongue...The sauces were nearly empty. Complete LET DOWN. Wasn't even busy...The women's restroom had no waste basket, so used paper towels were scrunched up in the sink as well as in it.Our server, Adam, was awesome, so I left a good tip. I mentioned nothing to him since it wasn't his fault; he did an awesome job.My days of dining there are OVER. Can't grasp the experience we had.Should've just went to the Olive Garden.

I love Mongolian bbq, but the last 2 times I’ve come here have been sub par. I understand Covid put a lot of restaurants in a weird place but I feel there’s no excuse for what has happened to my favorite restaurant.The bathroom was a mess, the floor needed to be swept, first time ever I saw fruit flies by the food bar, and the staff disappears with only 1-3 customers in the building.Give this place a fresh makeover, get some staff willing to clean, fix the chips in the walls, make a fresh new menu.. please do something because I dont think I can come again in the condition.#MakeBDsGreatAgain

I've always enjoyed BD's. I appreciate that you can select the ingredients yourself and generally enjoy the interaction with the cooks and staff. I hadn't been there in some time, so I thought I'd stop in.The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was good. What struck me was the price. It feels to me like the price has doubled in the past few years. The unlimited price is just not worth it.
BD’s used to be our favorite restaurant but since they changed everything it’s just not good no more the service is horrible the food is nasty and fruit flys are everywhere we won’t be back

Employees would walk right passed all the trash, some were even texting on their phones often, when they could be actually working… VERY UNIMPRESSED, here’s some pics to show what I’m saying. I hadn't gone since Covid precautions had getting your own ingredients stopped. But that's back, and it was great! One staff member on the grill was helpful, suggested I try the Japanese barbecue sauce. Delectable!

Loved coming here but with all the pointless changes, it's not worth it anymore! Cook's are terrible! Can't even cook the food right anymore! Charging for tortillas now!?! Wow! How petty can you get!?! Service was terrible! Had to wave down and call over the server everytime we needed something but that didn't even always work! Had to walk up to where the servers hangout behind the bar to get someone else's attention and it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to help! Would be understandable if the place was busy but we were 1 of 7 tables! Price of the food isn't worth it anymore! Just a terrible, terrible experience! If this is how the place is being ran and this stuff is acceptable then I will never be back! But hey, very typical these days to get absolutely. God awful service everywhere you go since no one wants to work

Went for my daughters birthday and didn’t wanna complain as it was her choice. Our server was awesome. Cook was kinda snooty and off putting somewhat. Asked about eggs and kinda got talked down to when all I said was I didn’t know they were behind the counter now. I’m used to them being funny and charismatic and joking or signing. The steak was pretty tough. Rice noodles so dry I literally chipped a tooth. No appetizers or deserts as they were short staff, so my daughter couldn’t get a desert for her birthday. No salad bar or soup. Would have got the unlimited if those were still included. This place used to be amazing, but slowly it has just kinda started to suck. Unless a lot changes, I don’t really intend on returning. It sucks to see something you love destroyed. Again service was great, it’s just if things don’t change I can’t see this place staying open. Hopefully they find a way to turn things around. Was a patron at the Ann Arbor location for some 25 years before they closed. I hope this gets better, and if not that Korean noodle place next door sounds good. Please find a way of getting back to how things were before.
