I happened upon this store by accident. Curiosity got the best of me, so I checked it out. I found the staff to to be extremely helpful, and they answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. At their recommendations, I purchased some supplements and found out they produced the desired results. Thank you! One more note: The young man who was the front of the house manager was actively engaging his staff and encouraging their performance. He was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.

I love that a local store is selling organic products, and I am used to paying higher prices for that, but this store seems to sell them at a premium compared to other markets in the area. I also was disappointed to see they don't sell some of the things I buy regularly; one example is arugula as they sell mizuna instead. The romaine was old and turning brown. The customer service at the register was subpar as well, not to mention that the register charged me an extra dollar for a product that was clearly marked. The cashier did adjust the price after I pointed it out, however. There's really no need for me to give them another chance with so many great markets in the area.

This review is looooooong overdue but necessary. I've been a patron for years, even longer than most of their employees. The staff, unfortunately, needs significant improvement in customer service—often falling short.However, I want to acknowledge Amber and Rob for consistently delivering exceptional service—always helpful, polite, and providing excellent assistance!!!During a recent return today, the store manager Todd (who’s been there for a hot minute!) remarked, “You must have the worst luck. You’re returning things all the time.” Not only is this untrue, rude and unprofessional- but what kind of employee (& yet store manager on top of it??!!) makes comments like this?? NO ONE who should be working in the public with people. That’s for sure!!!Without the gift cards from family/friends, I might hesitate to shop here due to the subpar customer service. Considering other alternatives would be a worthwhile option.

This store is convenient for me, but I shop here frequently because the customer service is wonderful. I have gotten helpful nutritional/health supplement guidance multiple times. Register service is lovely: standouts are Danielle, who is like a ray of sunshine, and the ever-sweet Natasha with her ready smile. Top notch service is what brings me back time and time again. Highly recommend this store!

I stopped by to request information from someone with good experience for proper direction on products to reduce blood pressure I was told a very experienced person would be off the phone soon and could help, she did come by a few minutes later and I explained to her my blood pressure was high and what she would recommend , to make a long story short she seemed a bit edgy and her tone didn’t strike me as eager to help, I basically felt I had to answer my own questions which isn’t what I expected. The takeaway from this visit is just go in with your own research and don’t ask for help.
Ok this place is a little pricy but if you need to find a wide variety of items for somebody with food sensitives, then this is your place! I have very strong reactions to dairy and soy. I have been looking for a decent, dairy free. and soy free cheese so I came here to see what I could find. Here are my current favorites: - Miyoko's pourable mozzarella made from cashews. I love this stuff! It's been many years since I had a sharp cheddar cheese made from cow milk, but this pourable mozzarella reminds me of the slight "bite" that you get from a sharp cheese.- bitchin sauce is great! There are several different flavors, but I really prefer the original. I have used it as a dip for pretzels or vegetables, and I've even put it on a taco.My only complaint about this store is that twice I have gone to the deli section and waited several minutes each time and nobody came out to assist me.

I purchased a bottle of Now foods 100% pure lavender essential oil last year (best by 2024). I did not open it immediately as I had some leftover from an old bottle until last Saturday. It smells unpleasantly and totally different from the lavender EO I had before. I brought it to the Novi store to see if they can do something to help. The manager Natline came with no intensional to help. She asked me to google Now Foods phone number and call myself. I pleaded her twice to call for me because I purchased it from their store and she can verify the EO smells bad. She refused. I have to say all other staff in Better Health are super nice and very helpful except for this Natline. Her ability of problem solving skills, customer service and attitude are the worst ever.

Tried to go on their website in search of specific supplements.Mayhaps it was me but I had no luck.Also have had problems trying to access my account I created. Have been told to call there tech support M-F when they are open & now recently to just create a new account and when it sees the same information it would let me merge to the original account. Not sure about that.As for what I was looking for I will probably just go there to look, or stop elsewhere.
