Went here on my birthday and just so happen to ask Stanley and Veronica, where another place was in the mall they gave out free items for your birthday and then I turned around and ask did they give out anything for free and they were so sweet both of them made me the best drink ever I ask them to make their favorite drink they said they like them all so they created something for me just for my birthday it was huge but so good in full of everything great I will go back to this location just for those to the customer service was amazing even better than the drink thank you so much Stanley and Veronica for making my day feel even more special by stopping at this location ?

Horrible service for staff members standing there, laughing at me, not giving me my coffee because there was four people ahead of me even though it was sitting there ready this place is ridiculous and ran by biased people. I will never do business with Biggby coffee again and I hope you don’t either heed my warning and don’t waste your time or money.

I paid $7 dollars for a frozen carmal and when I tasted it it tasted so gross all I tasted was coffee flavor and nothing else if I wanted coffee I would have ordered a coffee will never return to any big by shops this was so bad
