My first time here was truly a great experience and it won’t be my last! From the atmosphere to the service to the food. I got the imperial dip (seafood) and the lump crab loaded fries. They both were savory and mouth watering! The bread was fresh! Happy hour is the best time to come. The blueberry lemon drops were amazing! Our waitress was the best; very accommodating! I was so full off of the appetizers that I wasn’t able to order an entree!

After being a faithful and loyal patron I can honestly say that we will never return. Let’s start with the blatantly obvious which is the undertrained uninterested and completely incompetent servers forgetting appetizers and deserts with no sense of urgency knowing that no matter how poorly they work that the tips will be there this is a reflection of management because if they don’t care then obviously they don’t care ….. now on the the poor quality overpriced misleading pathetic portion worried about food cost and revenue rather than the people …. Once again profits over all things equals a bonus…… now the kicker management responds to the positive reviews but never the negative this is a sign of arrogance that will eventually be your demise…. After a lengthy career in restaurant ownership and international operations I can once again see the future these doors will close sooner than you think stop catering to those who accept mediocre service and bring back the high standards this location once had and the pride the staff had working there ….. settling for poor pathetic attitude and performance shall be your undoing ….. farewell

I have eaten at Bonefish Grill numerous times at locations in both Michigan & Illinois. The food is decent, but is always berely warm. This time I ordered the Cod Imperial at the recommendation of our waitress. This is one of their most popular dishes, but I thought it was just ok.

We was in Novi shopping and decided to try Bonefish grill out. We got seated quickly and were greeted by our waitress Nikki. She was very friendly and started going over all the items they have while we were looking over the menu. We went with the bang bang shrimp appetizer and it was so good, I could have just had that and would have been happy. Anyway, me and my family got steaks, some with shrimp or lobster tail. It was all very good….when we head back to Novi we will definitely eat here again.

Had a business meeting here, excellent food, had steak and shrimp and a seasonal dragon fruit margarita. Excellent service, Kenya did an excellent job servicing our needs.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of GF options.
Food was great. Service sucked. Dirty dishes left on the table, waiting for water refills for 15 min. waited 15 minutes to get my bill. Server never asked if we wanted more drinks. Worst service in town.
