Just picked up a carry-out order tonight. I would give no stars if available--Had gone to this Boston Mkt often over the last 5 yrs or more prior to start of covid, but this time was a total shock. No chicken available (this was always their signature seller)--broccoli was boiled, old, zero taste--same for the mac/cheese- nothing more than old wet cardboard--congealed gravy, mashed potatoes were watery and "opaque" (had been sitting awhile-perhaps just instant watered down ?)--turkey had been sitting here awhile also-very salty, and just bits & pieces. Only two people there at 5:30 pm, and they didn't seem to care about anything. The worst is the incredible filth of the place--sticky, dirty floors AND counter- so disgusting- This establishment should be closed down by proper health inspectors.... Sad how "lower than sub-standard", many restaurants have become... Will be passing the word to steer clear, and will never give them another dime for such garbage.

Disappointed with how horrible our meal was. The chicken nuggets were dry. Had zero flavor. I actually seasoned them myself when I got home. The corn bread was tasted like white bread. Never agin. But! The BBQ. Sauce was good

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Ordered food on 1/30/2023. Restaurant cancelled the order because they didn't have them ingredients for the order. BUT I WAS CHARGED! WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND, I WAS HUNG UP ON. I called back, the guy spent his time flirting with me and when I told him to not call me "honey" he hung up on me. I called back only to find out that the store isn't allowed to issue refunds. I had to contact the district mgr. I've sent her numerous emails and have talk to her. She has all the information needed to issue the refund. It's now 2/27/2023 and still no refund. I've already paid my CC bill for food I never received to avoid late fees. So basically Boston Market has stolen my money.I'm contacting the BBB and FTC because this is FRAUD!!! MANY other complaints on their site about the same thing. People place orders, pay for them and show up and the store is CLOSED!!ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEIR PROFIT MARGINS MUST BE PRETTY HIGH!! COLLECTING ALL THIS MONEY AND NOT SPENDING A DIME ON DELIVERING FOOD FOR THE CUSTOMER!!WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE BOSTON MARKET FOR SOMEONE HIGH UP AT YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE TO READ THESE COMPLAINTS AND ADDRESS THEM.YOU'RE COMMITING FRAUD!!

Store isn't allowed to issue refunds, you have to work with the district mgr. I have sent numerous emails and have talked to her on the phone asking where my credit is? I'm not getting any response. Basically Boston Market has stolen my money. I will post everywhere I can to get someone's attention to this matter. Contacting BBB and the FTC because this is a SCAM!!! Their profit margins must be pretty good since they are collecting money for goods not delivered on!! I've seen other complaints about this same store for the same reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Super disappointed I understand everyone short staff but it super misleading to have hours online say open until 10 and show up on 2 different occasions at 7pm it was closed. I also tried to place an online finished putting my order to pay for it to find it was closed . On Friday and Saturday. Please don't say that your going to adjust the issues if you're not . Probably won't waste any gas coming back to this location.

Ive only got take out and delivery. The only edible thing there is the mash potatoes if you like it cold. Just over when to s*** over the years. Also corn bread can be used as a hammer.

I just went into this facility there was no chicken out boxes were in disarray in the restaurant. Thr food look like it's been sitting there since the morning and their boilers were not keeping food hot. All the food been sitting so long it had a crust over the utensils that had dried up. The staff didn't out gloves on and was very unkept. Hair was all over the place and they did not have on Boston Markt attire. This is a good poison disaster waiting to happen. Absolutely nasty. It looked like a a mess from the food to the employees.
Limited menu (did not have all of the regular Boston Market options available) and the whole place needs a cleaning (especially the dining room). Looked like there was only one worker the day I stopped by…at 12:30 pm. Had to wait several minutes until the worker came out from the back to wait on me. Like many places, it seems like they cannot get enough staff. Food was unremarkable.

I used Active menu to place a take out order. My order was ready when I arrived. It was hot and tasted great. I don't get Boston Market often because I don't live near one any more. I ordered on my way through and was very happy with everything!

I am disgusted with myself for giving this place another try after my previous experience. I drove by and saw that they had rotisserie nuggets. Unfortunately, I gave them a try. They were dry and hard, as though they had been dehydrated. Not tasty AT ALL. My lemonade was diluted to the point of being more like lemon water. The only reason this gets more than one star is that the lemon creme cake was actually tasty. I won't be back any time soon. So disappointing.

It’s pretty sad to see Boston Market in this state. The parking lot is literally crumbling, weeds growing. The food is expensive and not the quality it was years ago. It just didn’t taste as good. A half chicken meal, extra side, 1 drink cost me over $18.00. Crazy. Hopefully this chain can come back, but I doubt it. Many of the locations look like this. It’s very sad. I remember seeing Boston Market in the Seattle area 20 years ago. It’s not there now. I don’t think it’s even on the West Coast anymore. It’s hard to find Boston Market these days. Nice to find one in the Detroit area. It’s more nostalgic than good eating.
