We've been here a few times on our own and once for a birthday party. Never had any issues. The pizza is actually surprisingly good. The games all worked and the kids had fun. Can't really ask for anymore than that.

Who knew Chuck E Cheese got a makeover? I haven't been since I was a kid but I had a preconceived notion of what to expect, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved that you could buy a game card for a certain period of time and have access to everything! Definitely makes you aware of how much you are spending up front and allows the kids full reign of whatever they want to do. I also really liked that there were several photo stations mixed within the games and they were included - say what? I did not expect that at all. I also wasn't sure if THE Chuck E would be making an appearance while we were there but he came out and did a little dance and my kids loved it. He patiently high fived and took photos with all the kids. We all had a blast!

Regret decision on coming to this location again with my family, first visit wasn’t super welcoming when arriving, but they were very busy, 4 birthday parties and most tables full ordered our food and had it within 15 minutes, but tonight they were slow, placed our order once we got there spent $140 on food and games, decided to sit and wait for our food because they weren’t busy at all, well they had 1 birthday party, after an hour I asked how long it was going to be until we could get our one large pizza and chicken, they said well we have a big party here and have limited space, do you just want a refund. My kids were starving and upset that we had been sitting for 45 minutes before allowing the kids to play one game. They ended up refunding all my money because I had to go get my kids something to eat and wasn’t going to be coming back in to a place that we could have had everything(dinner and family fun) Will never come back staff was rude, when questions were asked and the one girl just rolled her eye and said it is what it is. No wonder over the years they have closed locations, and now one less place I can take me kids to. Mind you we have two kids under 5.

It has been a long time since I been to Chuck e Cheese. Didn't felt welcomed at the front desk with her rather stoic and ice cold expression. I ordered regular bone in wings. For $18, this was the most pathetic wings I had in my lifeso far, only 2 drumetts and the rest are all flats with no meats. Also i waited for 30 minutes for this order. Why do anyone have to be so stingy? I regret my visit.
