The customer service could've been better, but the cookies tasted delicious. I was a first time customer and had no idea what I was doing. Nobody greeted me or attempted to help me, so I stood there looking dumb for a bit until I spoke up asking how the whole ordering process worked.

Twice now, during back-to-back visits, I've been given the wrong cookies. I'm unsure how this happens since you're looking at a screen, which tells you to pack the cookies I chose. These are too expensive for employees not to pay attention to what they are doing.
