Wow! I would be amiss if I did not share a commendable review for this Jet's Pizza location. I, recently, had a birthday party for my son and was concerned as to where to order and whether or not the quality of food would suffice. This Jet's Pizza not only exceeded the quality factor, the service, from placing the initial order for a large group, with the courteous and professional manager, Katie, (who helped me to make a rational decision), to receiving prompt delivery and careful consideration, when placing the pizza down, were exemplary. I could not have asked Jet's Pizza representatives to have done more. The pizzas were so fresh and delicious that all of the boys came back for seconds (with some wanting third portions). Thank you, Jet's Pizza and your staff, for making this event a huge food success!!!

We ordered two large pizzas and bread. All but one pizza came out great. Of course it was my pizza, and it was really burnt, like blackened toppings and crust. Was pretty disappointed since it’s usually more expensive than surrounding pizza places and it’s more of a treat for us.

Jets was going down, but within the last three months, they have changed! Three times in a row, the pizza was DEELISH! I had the Barbecue Chicken. The dough was fresh and cooked to perfection. Keep doing what you are doing!!

I ordered for a party and all of the pizza was made on time, tasted great and they even helped me carry it out to my car. The manager took the time to make sure I had enough to feed everyone coming to my event, had a good variety, and gave me updates as I got there early. It's hard to find such great service and quality these days. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

Always hot and delicious, and service is excellent. Friendly staff, most important. This is one of my favorite pizza chains in this area. We like the Detroit Deep Dish and the regular crust round. I switch between different pizza places, but this one is top notch. On one occasion, they didn't receive my order(I order on their website), and showed up with my confirmation in hand. They never got the order, and made me a new pizza while I waited, no charge. Not their fault, not mine,, and I offered to pay. They wouldn't hear of it. So I put some money in the tip jar, and left a very satisfied customer. They understand customer service.
Ordering bot did announce the store location and I ordered from a store in another city! No way to cancel it :(

There is no pizza store that makes a better pizza or has a nicer staff in Novi. They have replaced the staff they had during covid with a much nicer group of people. Rochelle treated me great today. The manager Scott knows what he is doing and how to treat Novi people. Met the owner, and he cares about his customers as much as his profits. That's for sure!

First time eating at this establishment but I would definitely return anytime I’m able to. Great food. Deep Dish Detroit Style Pizza. The toppings actually had individual flavors meaning they were probably real. Lol. Great and welcomed change from the national brands which have no flavor what so ever. Crust was thick, light, airy, crispy and slightly buttery(with no oil taste) great pizza.
