DO NOT COME HERE. Steven and Quentin or however you spell his stupid name have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . I will never be back at this location and everyone I know personally will know how unprofessional this location is because of these two rude employees. I feel bad for an establishment with such foul employees chasing away customers. I wouldnt spend a dime here after todays rude interaction with these two as soon as i walked in the doors . I didn't even get a chance to glance at the menu before Quinton and Stevens uncomfortable and inappropriate rude confrontation. I walked right out after I asked for both of their names and drove to Quiznos right away. Shame on you Jimmy John's for losing a long time great customer.

Freaky Fast! Greeted upon entry, ordered a Giant #5 (Vito) with some modifications and by the time I filled up my beverage the sandwich was ready; sandwich modification accuracy was 100%. Highly satisfied, likely to return.

Ordered 4 subs and one was veggie. The turkey subs had a normal amount, The veggie sub had 3 cucumbers a lot of lettuce and 3 pieces of cheese, barely any avocado, and too much mayo. For the $ of the veggie sub its not worth it... ? I guess we know now why you can't see them make the sandwich... The only positive was the store was clean....

Two times I had a cashier stare at me. No words, just stared. The food is the same as any location but SOME of the staff is in a trance. I say some because a couple of the women who make the sandwiches are very friendly.

I've been going to this location for a long time. Today I had a not so good experience for the first time. I ordered my sandwich online for pickup. The time range was 4:15-4:30. I arrived a bit past 4:30 & my order was not ready. My order was prepared while I waited with no explanation. I didn't even get a sorry or thank you at the end.I spoke to the manager by phone & her excuse was that I wasn't there by 4:15. She said something about not leaving my sandwich out for a long time...well they have left it out before when I was late! I wasn't so upset about it not being prepared, what upset me was no explanation & no courtesy by the staff...no thank you. Oh yeah & the feedback site wasn't working well today..couldn't get it to go thru.
