Rice pudding fell off, ordered two bowls and it tasted like vinegar. I don't know how you mess up rice pudding, unless you do it deliberately

Very strange location inside the 12 Oaks Mall. Small place to begin with, then she wanted to seat me in a very small area in close proximity to other diners.... other areas were closed. Wasn't comfortable sitting there. Did not stay... too "covidy" for my comfort. Be aware all Kerby locations are using a VERY restricted menu... few sandwiches.... salads....a few breakfast dishes... won't return to that location.

MOLD on my husband's hot dog bun. Absolutely disgusting, unhealthy and unacceptable. No response from management regarding this major issue. Which is unfortunate. We will never eat here again.

We did not have a good experience here. The server was nice to us, but she and the other servers would visibly argue with and shout at the cooks throughout lunch. The food also was gross: we tried coneys, bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes. Really the pancakes were the only thing I finished. Won't be going back. This place reminded me of those crazy restaurants you see on bar rescue, who shouts at work on front of customers?

I bragged on how good and fresh it always is or you'll take care of it.:) Your location is the only place I've found it to be absolutely delicious...I sometimes get extras for lunch during the week. My family and I ate at Kerby’s at 12 Oaks on Black Friday. It was an absolute madhouse with lines of customers but the restaurant was handling it extremely well. The manager was walking around ensuring everyone was taken care of, checking on people in line, going table to table and making it a top notch experience on a busy day. The restaurant was also meticulous when it came to cleanliness. I have been there in the past and you could see a big difference since the last time we were there a few months prior.

I actually stopped going to this kerbys and gave thema very bad rating but, i was in the mall and noticed all new staff and a new manager and what a difference. Great service and great food! The addition of Bill as manager p put this as one of my favorite places to eat again!

I think it would be a lot better if the manager could control his temper. I go there to eat not to hear him tell another customer not to come back because they messed up on her salad.

The food was good, the service was good but the manager was rude to the employees and yelling at them in front of customers. The right thing to do would have been to step away from the customers and say something privately to them if they were doing something wrong.
