The waitress dropped my cioppino in the kitchen , making a point of letting us know, when she brought out all our food together instead of telling me when it happened. We wondered why it was taking so long. My guests food obviously sat under the warmer too long while they waited for mine to be recooked. The quality of their food was not good. I would have been happy if they would have got their food when it was fresh and I would have waited for mine. That would have been a perfect time for a manager to come to the table and explain what happened. That's what they're there for. I think it would have diffused the situation.

Great hole in the wall Italian feel with good food to boost. Great service every single time (Courtney we're looking at you) and we come on our way to Detroit frequently. The atmosphere is 100%, even the food is great too.

What an incredible dining experience at Maisano's Italian Restaurant! Our group of seven gathered to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday night, and the warmth and hospitality we received was truly exceptional. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and our bartender was a master of mixology, crafting an amazing mocktail that delighted all three of us who ordered it!The food, oh the food! We indulged in a variety of dishes, each more delicious than the last:* Fried lobster ravioli* Eggplant Parmesan* Chicken Parmesan* Fettuccine Alfredo* Cheese ravioli with extra veggies* Spinaci pasta* Chicken cacciatoreAnd for dessert, we devoured:* Tiramisu* Brownie Sundae* CheesecakeEvery bite was a flavorful delight, and the portions were generous to say the least. I had the lobster ravioli and a Tuscan wine. The food was alright , but the service was 10/10. The dish I had was a daily special, and the sauce was fantastic, but the ravioli was a little dry for my liking. The bread was nice and fresh, and some of the other dishes looked great, so maybe my thoughts are a little too harsh. Our waitress was constantly checking on us and making sure we had bread water and whatever else we needed. The atmosphere is great if you are looking to take a date. I went at night and it was dark with a candlelit table. Overall, it was a great restaurant choice.

We went there for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner, “Simply the Best” and the best steak I’ve ever eaten in my 60 plus years. Everything from the food, the service and the atmosphere was incredible as you would expect at a great restaurant. In a nutshell Maisano’s Italian Restaurant is not just a place to eat, it is a culinary experience.
