It's been a little while since my last visit here and I am so happy I returned! The food was very good! I always enjoy the Nagoya ramen, deep favors with a bit of spice. It's such a pleasant experience! The Shoyu ramen doesn't miss. Again, the depth of flavor is just right along with the toppings. On this day, I wanted to check out some appetizers as well. The breast of chicken katsu was spot on! It was crispy and tender and mild. All the apps were prepared well and we enjoyed the Agedashi tofu, the potato croquette and chicken gyoza ! All were nicely done with a nice presentation. I enjoy the ordering process as it is unique. The large space allows for a lot of seating and the atmosphere is rustic and casual. No pretense, just good food!

Best food Ever! I'd drive from Ohio, my hometown, to dine here. The green beans were the best I have EVER tasted. So good that I never want to have them if they aren't prepared here. Many vegetarian/vegan options. I WILL BE BACK!!!Vegetarian options: Many tasty options!

Ramen is actually rly good authentic and man the Onigiri were soooo fresh delicious!Food was very good!Very dif way to order, you grab a small paper with the name of the plate u want and you take it to the cashier to pay.Place looks like old like on renovation?! The food here was good. The ambiance, sketchy at best. It's a huge cavernous space that looks like a mishmash of 2nd hand booths and tables and chair. You order by picking up a card(s) with the menu item on it and giving it to the cashier. Cafeteria style almost. We brought our friend from Japan with us. She said the food was pretty good. But absolutely not impressed with the environment.
I think it would be very delicious even if Japanese people eat it. It's a local restaurant, but there are Japanese people working there.

Reminded me of a Japanese cafeteria in a manufacturing factory.Take a look at all the pictures and think about what you want and then take a little piece of paper and then take all of the pieces of paper that you choose and give them to the lady at the register.So many choices. My friend got miso ramen and I got curry katsu udon. Our favorite things were the croquettes and gyoza that we shared.Self-serve water or tea (tea bags are $.50), get your own utensils, clear your own table and put your bowls, plates, etc in bus bins.It's a delicious experience!
