I was in touch with this place because I met the owner at my previous job, we talked and got along great and she told me to apply for her assistant general manager position, well after applying, I received a call from a woman named Danielle who said she was the area manager for them, so we have our interview and it went great she really liked me even asked me if I would be interested to work at their Canton location. So then she tells me, I'll reach out to you within the next week to interview with the owner, three weeks go by and I hear nothing but when I finally do get a response it's her saying she can't get a hold of the owner? So I wait 2-3 more weeks and literally hear nothing.. not to mention, I just think it's so unprofessional to be an area manager and waste people's time like this I genuinely hope the owner knows her area manager is this disorganized and unprofessional, to anyone applying here I encourage you to do your research, if I could rate this place a zero I would.

I have had your cupcakes before and my dear coworkers bought a lemon cake for my birthday, it was absolutely delicious it melted in my mouth. I can bake but I have never purchased a cake that tastes like this.

I made my Easter order on March 22, 2024, but when I tried to cancel it, I was only told I could use a future credit. There are no refunds. I called within hours of ordering, so I will not buy from them again. I am hosting my family's Easter lunch and was trying to make life as simple as possible for me since I am recovering from cancer and did not want the stress of making dessert. It was a law that you could cancel purchases within three days of ordering. I did not relate my illness since I do not care to share my cancer with others. After reading other feedback, I decided I was not out of line to request a refund since I just placed the order. The cost for a dozen bundt Easter cakes is $37.86 after taxes; I am 80 years old and have always done things myself, which was related to wanting a refund. If the ad stated that only store credit was given for cancellations, it might help others. Just imagine a huge party or function had to be canceled due to sickness or inclement weather; the money lost. I read a review that this store credit is for only two or three months. It is very sad that a business is doing so poorly or has so much greed that it cannot refund an order placed the same day and expect it to be fulfilled over a week later.

Horrible experience at the NOVI Store with a girl by the name of Meghan. She is super rude and very unpleasant when dealing with customers. They should not have an employee with that kind of behavior working there.

Good OK, but rude employee she watched me pull up get out of my car as soon as I walked up to the door they locked it and turned the lights out. Ran to go turn the lights out that is just poor customer service. Went to cookie crumble instead ?

Man this place has to be putting something in their cakes bc they are so addicting.I'm so upset bc I went there tod8ay to get some lil cakes for a birthday girl at my work.iThe gentleman at the counter offered the vegan raspberry lemon cake.I declined it and requested lemon so I got lemon and lemon raspberry vegan which really sucks because nobody likes it it's horrible and other people had to share their cakes when they didn't want to share it so everybody got a piece because it's like crack everybody's fighting for it!

Was looking online news and found article about a Reese’s cake at nothing Bundt cake, my wife Loves anything Reese's. I found a store in Novi and made the trip. Nice store nice displays , I got my wife 2 smaller Reese’s cakes and I found a delicious carrot cake. It was one of the best cakes I’ve had in my 60+Years. Oh and my wife she loved the cake as well. I see my diet resolutions won’t make it through January. Oh well, worth the trip and the calories.

Make sure you get your order in correctly because despite putting in your order at night then calling immediately upon opening the next morning, they won’t make any accommodations or exceptions. I put in an order 2 days in advance and they would t accommodate a flavor change despite it being >24 hours before pickup, nor do they allow for cancellations <48 hours. These cakes aren’t cheap, seems pretty unreasonable to be so unaccommodating.

I work at a local senior community and occasionally order items from this location and also our residents receive gifts. Service is always OUTSTANDING and of course the cakes are fantastic!
Manager to busy to get the military discount applied. Megan told me she would write a note to apply the discount. I get there and nothing. Please fix the online to take military discounts please. But that’s ok, I will never return. Last time I spend also hundred dollars and the young lady tell me it’s only 5% so it’s a $1?.

This was literally the shortest interaction ever! No more than 2 minutes! I walked in, asked for the cake, paid my money. I asked, "By chance, do you have a fork?" The cashier (which was likely the owner) snarkily said, "We're not a restaurant! We're a bakery!" Well, Marsha, so is Tim Hortons, so are some Mom & Pops, & THEY HAVE FORKS!!! She was so unnecessarily rude & never smiled despite two of the other employees (assumingly her husband & daughter) being amiable & engaging kindly!!! You don't have forks & won't have any more of my money either!!! Kindness is FREE!!! I will make my own cake which will taste better because it will be made with love or spend my money where they see green, IYKYK!!! I am fuming as I type this from the parking lot!!! So unnecessary!!!! Customer service is dead!!! So sad!!
