I don’t know if I came on an off day but this place has went downhill within a few months since I came last. I was by myself and I waited 30 minutes for a burned omelette with burned meat and hair was in my food. There was only about eight tables in the whole restaurant. They took the omelette off of my bill but I can’t recommend especially when there are way better locations within a short drive from each other.

Have loved Breakfast Clubs, yet apparently Penny, the former creator and owner, has recently sold them to individuals; concerned for changes. Today's hiccup, veggie eggs benedict was to come with the tomatoes / cheese side, when the bill came, it was an upcharge of $2. Servers should've been educated to inform customers ahead of time (so choice could be made for the still comes with potatoes), or prepared to honor the price listed. I did say this, yet, there was no offer to remove the charge, I was offered extra chocolate chip cookie instead (declined.) Server was pleasant and sweet, states new menu is being printed. It just left an odd feeling for me, and concerned other BC's may start making changes that add to the bill. It's not an inexpensive place, I'm on a budget, I would've appreciated knowing.Parking: easy to access parking lot
