Jirah was friendly and provided top notch customer service. Robbie was very nice as well. We love the dining experience. It's quicker than a sit down restaurant and no hassle to clean up after ourselves to be able to have a faster dine in experience. The food is quick to come out so if you don't have a lot of time you aren't there all day due to lack of staffing.

OLGA app does not allow you to order extra cheese or sauce on the side for sandwiches and they were professional and very accommodating about managing these special requests when I picked up my order in store. Kudos to a great team in Novi!

Just tried to have lunch here with my mother in law and baby. Ordered 2 meals to stay and 1 to go at 11:30. At 12:15 after watching 5-7 customers who came in after us get their food we decided to just get a refund and leave. I'm assuming they just forgot to make our order as the explanation given was "an unfortunate mistake that shouldn't have happened." The true unfortunate part is my mother in law has a form of dementia that gives her extreme anxiety and she is now in a full blown panic state. She has vowed to never go to Olga's again which is sad because this was one of her favorite restaurants.
