The food was not as I had before. They used corn tortillas instead of flour. Not enough cheese sauce on top of the chicken cheese enchiladas. I was very disappointed. Especially we had to wait 10 weeks to come back for what we thought was going to be a delicious dinner. My husband had undergone cancer treatment. It was time he started solid food. We decided to get enchiladas his favorite. Big disappointment.We probably won't go back there. It's not good to change foods and not tell people.

My server, Cara did an amazing job was very helpful, the service was very fast, I got a strawberry lemonade she brought it out to me within a couple of minutes and even brought a refill when I requested one just as quickly, The food was delicious. Cara recommended the chicken Flautas and they were 9/10 wish I had more, she was very helpful, one of the best servers I've had anywhere around the area, when we paid, and left they wished us a good night very friendly, and professional, would definitely come back and recommend to others (Even with kids) they have a menu and drawing thing for them.Kid-friendliness: They have a childrens menu and crayons with something the kids can draw on and take home just the little special things.

Food was okay, price is good, service was okay, BUT the place was dirty! Danger here, I mean food on the floor, food left on table next to us the whole meal, food on the menu. WOW I got up at the end of our meal to use the restroom, truck stops are cleaner. Looked back at kitchen on my way out and am absolutely horrified. This was Saturday at 4pm before the dinner rush? I watched a SERVER wipe the floor in one spot from a spill then use the SAME RAGE TO WIPE CHAIR AND TABLE TOP. Just don't eat here to be safe.

Terrible service. My server, Carra did not check on us, give us napkins or refills. Brung us out the wrong order & was told if I ate the beans i would’ve been charged for it, even though I did not order it. Manager was rude also. I will not be back.

This used to be our go to restaurant but it hasn’t been good in years. You’re lucky to have a host greet and seat you. This was our last time after being seated with no service even after asking. We simply got up and left.

I got dinner with a friend here tonight and sadly the service was far from great. Our server was not very friendly or personable at all. He was also inattentive. Maybe he was having an off day. Still—I ordered what I always get at every Mexican restaurant. Cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. I made sure to clarify that I wanted no meat. When my meal came out, my enchiladas had a meat sauce. It took forever for our server to come back and check on us. When he finally did, I said I was sorry and that there must have been a miscommunication about my meal. He barely offered an apology for the mix up. It wasn’t his fault, but as someone who also works in food service, you really should apologize on behalf of literally any negative experience a guest has at your establishment. That’s just how it goes. On top of that, he never brought me new silverware and he took so long to check back up on us that my friend ended up giving me her fork to use for my meal. On top of that, he ran my friend’s card on the wrong check and had to rerun her card. Didn’t apologize for that either. Like I said, maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he’s just sick and tired of his job. Nonetheless, it was still a poor experience and I would not recommend going to this OTB location.
No waiting time to get the table. Had to wait a little to get our orders but we were in no rush. Good portion. Great taste, excellent service.
