Honestly I was really disappointed. We got two steaks that weren't even cooked properly. Secondly I got two sides and I didn’t get one of my sides and was still charged with that. Also I was told that one of the chefs brought there kids to work today. First, why should that be allowed? thats just causes more of a problem in the kitchen, and secondly the kitchen should not have kids running around, it can be a dangerous environment. Also it took way too long for are food to come out, roughly an hour and 10 minutes. The best part out of this whole experience was probably how long it took to seated.

Where should I start lol. Ok the bartenders were awesome very kind. The hostes seemed like she should be the manager lol. I ordered a Melbourne steak med. It came rare. Sent it back and when the manager brought it out she asked me to cut into it, I did... on the strip side but I didn't on the filet side which was still raw. Anyways I asked after 2 times trying to cook this slab of meat to start with a new one. Well they finally after about 1 hour and 15 minutes bring me out a new one. We had been there for a total of an hour and 15. So I asked the female manager .. hey can we maybe take that off my bill?... she says with major attitude.. I already did. Then she says I did ask you to cut into it. Which she did but I didn't cut the filet part. That was the part still raw. Todd the other manager followed us out and made us feel much better. He was very kind and we will come back now. Word to management... don't make your customer ever and I mean EVER feel so bad like we did something wrong. We just wanted to have a steak in peace.

The food was amazing. Hit the spot. The service not so much. Had to ask repeatedly for things and still never got them. Wasn't just our server but others that had stopped by. Was later, so dinner rush was at the end. Will be back hopefully next time serve is on its game.

Disappointed that the koala rubber ducky seems to be sold out all the time; but other than that, great food. Service was terribly slow but management stepped in before we left and made it right.
I ordered classic prime steak but it was with too much pepper.It took long time for the food to arrive and to be taken.

This is the second time ordering take out and the food is thrown in the boxes, smaller portions than if you sat down in the restaurants. Ordered steak, loaded baked and salad. Aussie steak salad.
