I tried for the first time. Portions are small, food wasn't that good..maybe thats what you get from a fast food restaurant. But even still, could definitely be better. Would not go again.

The people who work here are very kind and respectful. They always welcome us with a smile and the best attitude, they adhere to the strict work rules, and it is one of the few restaurants that I am not worried about not having excellent quality food and hygiene.

I visited here because it looked like I wouldn't be able to make dinner due to the power outage. Stable American Chinese Panda Express. The server lady is fun! ① Plate → Fried rice + black pepper Angus beef + broccoli beef and lol beef (lol) ② Plate → Chao mein + FIRECRACKER SHRIMP + orange chicken.The new item, spicy shrimp, was spicier than I expected. It also contains vegetables such as paprika, green beans, and onions, making it spicy. It contains the equivalent of one chili pepper, so if you like spicy food, this is recommended! When I entered the restaurant around 5pm, there weren't many people around, but as I was eating, a line had formed before I knew it.

Picked up some food on the way back to Grand Rapids. My wife ordered chow mein noodles with orange chicken and sesame chicken. She likes the noodles but commented the recipe has changed a bit since the last time she ate Panda Express.

This Novi location does a good job at delivering exceptional Asian Cuisine along with this location's great environment and staff. I came a little bit before closing so there weren't many options; the staff informed me this was because they try to prevent food waste around closing, so they offered a good suggestion from what was left. And I liked it! Would come back again, 10/10.
