Both times we have been here, in the last month they didn't have french onion soup for my mom. This time, they didn't have any bagels on top of not having the soup. Both times we left.

Order forgot all sides in the drive thru and said they were out of large cups but gave them to the car in front and in back. Expensive when your order is always missing items.
We came in from Canada today to do some shopping of course. We stopped at this Panera Bread location on Novi Rd. and was given excellent service by Susan. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back at this location,

Plastic plastic and plastic . Served in plastic cups and plates , Even soups are stored in containers with plastic covers . I am afraid that we are served with plastic soup. Hoping that this can change considering the health

Apparently Panera is going with everybody else and eliminating actual people as much as possible. It took me twice as long to place a simple order as it would have if I could talk to a person! I had to scroll through all of the menu options to find something that was available because a lot of stuff was sold out. If I were standing at a counter I could quickly see what they had and did not have. I ended up having a muffin instead of a breakfast or lunch because they didn't have anything. I had to ask where to find two different cups. Can't say I loved it.
