Friends of the US iron plate business should not be deceived. This kind of iron plate can only be used for more than two years. Third, various problems will come out and not work properly. Looking for their company to solve, no one will take care of you, and the attitude is not good. I bought more than a dozen iron plates here, and now only 8 are available. It’s not easy to work hard in the US, don’t trust these scam companies easily.

This company is GARBAGE. We have six hibachi tables in our restaurant that we asked to be looked at because of how smokey it gets in our restaurant. After multiple calls back and forth they said they would come out and then never showed up. Won't honor the warranty. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
