Why would you not say over the phone before I leave work to come pick up my food that your card reader is broken. Only accepting cash. Absolutely no heads up about your card reader being broke.

I ordered box carry out which included 2 pizza, Alfredo pasta and breadsticks. I originally wanted to order regular veggie pizza and was told it’s unavailable. The box was horrible. Pizza was so dry, barely any sauce and Alfredo was probably 1-2 scoops. Big waist of money.

Worst pizza I've ever received from a Pizza Hut. I ordered a large but the amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese seemed like it was for a medium as there was a lot of bare crust. I'm not sure if they're really cutting corners now or just incompetent.

I ordered a triple pepperoni and bread. When I received my order the pizza looked as though it was only single pepperoni. I ask the employee if this was correct with the response was yes some of the pepperoni were covering others. I work at a pizza place It didnt even look like double pepperoni. I drove 30 minutes for this.
Not as good as it was under infamous Red Roof. App is difficult to use, tried calling in the order and got a lady from who knows where. Salads not available. Take out only

Ewwwwww this is like the nastiest pizza I ever tasted in my life. It has no flavor at all. The only thing it’s good for are the wings. Even the bread sticks. It taste just like card board box. No flavor.

I placed an order thru DoorDash and first dasher messed up no worries redid the order and they lied to my dasher saying she was refusing to give me my order but when I called she told me someone picked it up even though it said looking for a dasher. She was very rude and nasty.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The breadsticks were thin and super greasy, the pizza was dough and not cooked well, and the cinnamon sticks we ordered had literally no cinnamon on them. It’s a shame because our family loves Pizza Hut. We will not be back.
