I get dinner from potbelly once a week. This is the worst Potbelly I've ever done business with and won't be returning. Gave us the wrong chips, missed a bag of chips, and added none of the condiments we asked for for the 3rd time.

Staff seems friendly and incompetent. I ordered a chicken club for lunch, when i got into my car and took a bite of the sandwich the chicken was ice cold. So i went back in and told the person at the register that the sandwich was nice and warm but the chicken was cold and they obliged to make me another sandwich which took an extremely long time. I got back in my car unwrapped the sandwich and once more the chicken in the middle of the sandwich felt like it just came out of a extremely cold refrigerator. I guess i cant be too mad because i got 2 sandwiches, too bad i have to go home and warm them up myself.

This location in Novi is wonderful at accommodating for Food Allergies! We have allergies to Hummus (Sesame), Apple, Tuna, All Nuts, Peanut, Pear, All Fish and Shellfish. The staff used a new, clean sandwich board, a clean knife from the back, and they changed their gloves. The manager is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was happy to answer our questions. The sandwiches are delicious! The service is friendly, fast, efficient. The app is easy to use. If you enroll in their rewards program/app, don't forget to ask to put in your phone number at pickup or check out or you won't receive your rewards credit. I would highly recommend this location.

This is the first potbelly I ever started going to since I was a boy. Quality has never dropped and the staff was exceptionally awesome when I stopped by for lunch today.

Seems they don't care about online orders. I placed an online order got here when told, and it wasn't done. Then people who came in got in line after me, got their food before me. And they waited a long time too.

Had the "Wreck" as was extra hungry. Large. $13 ish. All toppings. It was well toasted, warm and a hearty amount of meat. However it was a bit dry, so next time I would get a soup or some sauce. They gave me some mayo packets, which did not do the trick. Overall sandwich was as billed but would not get it again. But service good and timely.

Potbelly is one of my favorite sandwich places. I have twice now had a bad experience with their online delivery service and will not be back to this location. The manager was not apologetic for any inconvenience.
